Purrfect Furmily is a home-based, cage-free cat boarding and daycare in Brgy. Plainview, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. We decide why and how your information is used. We are the controller of the information you give us through Paws-port.

About you: your name, email, mobile number, how you prefer to be contacted, your Messenger or Viber name, your city and barangay (never your street address), your emergency contact, your authorized pick-up persons, and, if you give it, your vet clinic.
About your cats: name, photo, breed and markings, sex, birthdate, weight, vaccine dates and vaccine card photos, medical conditions, medication, food, temperament and handling notes.
Your agreements: which statements you accepted, the wording version, your typed name, your drawn signature and the date.
Your stays and payments: dates, services, charges, extras, and payment status and references. Your card or wallet details never reach us: you pay on our payment partner's secure page.
Technical information needed to run the service: your sign-in details and sign-in times, and records of changes made to your information.

To create your account and your cats' passport, so you never have to enter the same details twice.
To confirm and care for your cat's stay, keep every guest safe, and reach you or your emergency contact when needed.
To take and record payments, send receipts, and keep the financial records the law asks for.
To keep our service secure and to find and fix problems.
You agreed to this when you ticked the box at sign-up. You can withdraw your agreement, but we may then be unable to look after your cat, and we must keep records the law requires.

Our two owners see your information to run the business.
Service providers help us run Paws-port and handle it only for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and private file storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (the email we send from, and Google sign-in if you choose it) and PayMongo or another payment partner (payments).
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your information is stored with Supabase in South Korea. The website is served through Cloudflare's network, so pages can pass through other countries. Email is sent through Google.
Photos, vaccine cards and signatures are kept in private storage and shown to you only through short-lived links. They are never at a public address.

We keep your account and your cats' records active for 2 years after your last stay, so repeat bookings stay quick.
After that, we delete them when you ask us in writing.
We keep payment and financial records for as long as the law requires.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may be informed about how your information is used, object to its use, access your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete or block it, receive a copy of it in a common format (data portability), and claim compensation if you were harmed by misuse.
Many details you can see and correct yourself in Paws-port. For anything else, or to ask for deletion, write to purrfectmeowmily@gmail.com.
If you believe your rights were not respected, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Everything travels over HTTPS.
Each customer sees only their own records. Staff access is limited to the two owners, with a second step to sign in.
Passwords are handled by our sign-in service, and we never see or store them in readable form.
Changes to records, prices and payments are logged.
No system is perfect. If your information is ever exposed, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

We use only the small files needed to keep you signed in, to sign you out after 30 minutes of inactivity, and to remember an email while you verify it.
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics that follow you around.

If we change this notice, we post the new version here with its date and tell you at your next sign-in if the change matters to you.
